How in-store pickup works
- Shop online. Add your pieces to the cart at shoplukka.com.
- Choose pickup at checkout instead of shipping. It is always free, on any order.
- Watch for your ready email. Most orders are ready within 24 hours, and we email you the moment yours is.
- Come collect it. Bring your confirmation email and we will have it waiting for you at the front.

Yes, please do. That is the whole advantage. If something is not right, we can swap the size or exchange it while you are standing there.
Can someone else collect my order?
Of course. Reply to your confirmation email with their name and we will have it ready for them.
How long will you hold my order?
We will keep it safe for you. If you need extra time, reply to your ready email or give us a call and we will set it aside.
Is there a minimum order to use pickup?
No. Pickup is free on any order, at any amount.
