Lemlem
Lemlem was founded by the Ethiopian supermodel Liya Kebede, and the name means "to flourish and bloom" in Amharic. She started it after returning home and finding that traditional weavers were running out of work — the brand exists to keep that craft alive, and it has become one of the most genuinely mission-driven labels in fashion.
Lemlem
It is one of the brands we are proudest to carry, and the pieces tend to move quickly.
How Lemlem fits
- Relaxed and airy by design. The hand-woven cotton is cut generously and reads true to size or a touch large.
- This is resort and warm-weather clothing in the best sense — it belongs in a suitcase headed anywhere hot.
- Hand-woven means small variations between pieces. That is the craft, not a flaw.
Questions we get asked

How should I wash it?
